Monthly Event - May 2021

Glorious weather conditions led to high scoring at the Royal Queensland links in our monthly event held on Friday 28 May.

We welcomed Denis Brosnan for the first time, who promises to return. We also welcomed back Michael Akes, Captain of Middle Ridge and former RQ member.

The winner was Ross Bishop with 23 points , followed by Bruce Collins (ever the bridesmaid) with 22 points and Phillip Akes, third, on 19 points.

Thanks to Ross Bishop for setting up our course with the new HGQ tee markers. The tee markers are the product of the combined efforts of the two Rosses Bishop and Haslam. Bradley Tatnell has spent some considerable time in revamping the website to make it easier to navigate, our thanks go to Bradley for his efforts.
