AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND HICKORY GOLFERS QUEENSLAND INC

The Hickory Golfers Queensland Inc Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Hickory Golfers Queensland Inc. Our activities usually extend solely to golfing competitions and events. Upon entry to such events, you will note the requirement on each submission you make to approve the use of your information for that event. The information is not used in any other manner and is not passed on to any third parties.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All payments are made via our online payment system. No cash, cheques or bank transfer are accepted. By paying through our online payment system, your profile details will automatically update each time, including your Annual Membership Fee status. Similarly, you must be a current Annual Member (insurances) in order to receive discounts for our events or similar.

 ENTRANCE FEE

The Entrance Fee is a lifetime joining fee and is not refundable.

ANNUAL FEE

The Annual Fee is renewable on or before 30 June each year and is not refundable. The amount is prorated upon joining.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Where we cancel an event or competition, you will receive a full refund. Where you cancel an event or competition, a refund will be issued provided your notice to cancel is prior to the event entry deadline. A refund may still be issued otherwise, but at the discretion of the Board (after taking into account  bookings already made on your behalf to the suppliers of the event). If there is a major fault with the service of an event or competition, Hickory Golfers Queensland Inc will abide by Australian Consumer Law and refund where deemed applicable.
