Monthly Event - January 2022

On Friday 28 January, 13 players met at Royal Queensland for the first event of the season. A number of regular players were isolating at home with COVID and so we hope to see numbers swell in the coming months.

The course presented beautifully only being a couple weeks after the Australian PGA was played at RQ.

We welcomed two new players in January, Robert Ormsby and Andrew Sugden.  Both enjoyed the afternoon and we all hope to see them both return.

As has been often the case the new player took out the spoils for the day.  Robert Ormsby came in with 17 points to pip David Jones by a point while Secretary Akes rounded out the places with 14 points.
