Monthly event for January 2023

What a great start to the new year for Hickory Golf.

On Friday 6th January 20 players entered the first event of the season including 4 ladies, which was pretty special.  Lindy Armsden, Kim Storie, Robin Wilson and Tracy Heading all competed, well done ladies.

It was a beautiful day and although the course was still recovering from the Australian P G A. which was a huge success a month earlier was still in wonderful condition.

Our thanks again to Royal Queensland Golf Club for their continued support.

Following the game all players gathered together for a very healthy analysis of the day play .

Winner of the event with a very good score of 18 pts was our hero  Rob King Scott.  Congratulations Rob.

It was very good to see so many players today and we look forward to these numbers increasing.
